Rebuilders
Rebuilders is a programme of encouragement and support for men and women who know the pain of separation and divorce. It runs twice per year in the House for ten Monday evenings at 8pm, giving the opportunity to meet with people who are going through the same experiences, as well as providing practical guidelines for coping with some of the issues involved.
Talks and discussions will cover topics such as:
- loneliness
- rebuilding self-esteem
- parenting
- grieving your losses
- forgiveness - is it possible?
- new relationships
Each evening the group meets from 8:00 - 10:00pm at Glenabbey and the format includes:
- a short talk on a relevant subject
- informal time of coffee and chat
- discussion time in small groups
The core values of rebuilders are:
